What makes me so special?
So, I had a whole different blog post planned for last weekend, but inspiration struck.
In growing, my business, I am constantly reevaluating. From product purchase to services and pricing, I want the best for my clients. I have a genuine care for each and every one of them, from the ladies who just come in every month to have their toenails clipped to the ones who come weekly for manicures.
I don’t always use the “top shelf” products, but I always use what I have found to be the best for job. There are some salons out there using a whole ‘high end’ product line…period. There are others that use what ever is cheapest. I am both and neither. While I tend to use a specific companies product for certain things, there are other product lines that I prefer…and recommend for other specific functions. Not every clients needs are the same, not every product works for every person.
There are many times when clients will ask about moisturizer; I have a favorite that is available at Sam’s Club. I want you to know that it is available for your purchase at Sam’s or from me if you don’t have access. Just like you, I am a wife, mother and limited resources.
Epson salts are basic. I could buy a specific “spa soak” for pedicures, but when Epson salts have such great properties, why spend extra? Hand sanitizer is available at the corner discount store, but there is a company that makes a lightly scented, gentle misting hand sanitizer that is worth the slightly higher price.
I’m not the cheapest in town, but I do care about your needs and stand behind my work and the products that I use.
I hope that you have found this helpful,. As always, if you have questions, please ask.
